Jobs are quoted at different rates, based on type of work and size of project. Please contact us for quotes.
Jobs can be quoted 3 ways:
1. As a "complete project" (fully quoted)
2. As a T & M (time and materials) job
3. As a T & M with a "not to exceed" limit (based on a ballpark quote)
Scheduling is based on current workload but may negotiate "rush jobs" at special rate.
Billing: 30% down payment of quoted or estimated total due at acceptance before work begins. Balance due at delivery of package. Special billing arrangements negotiable for established customers.
Cancellation of any job after work has begun will automatically forfeit the 30% down payment as a minumum fee. Any work completed that exceeds the 30% down payment will be billed as T & M at the standard rate. Completed portion of the project will be delivered at payment.
